Pioneer camping in exclusive wilderness sites is the base for exploring the Okavango Delta and for the extraordinary wildlife experience of Chobe, Savute and Moremi Reserves. The magnificence of Victoria Falls is a fitting end or beginning to the adventure. This magnificent tour covers all the highlights of Southern Africa, incorporating world-famous reserves and beautiful natural safari attractions. DAY 1 & 2 Depart Maun for the Okavango Delta. On arrival, you will be Specials to explore the delta by mokoro (dugout canoe) and on foot. This is the best way to seethe world's largest delta: an exquisite water wonderland of reeded islands, champagne- coloured water and lush vegetation. We spend the night on a private campsite. DAY 3 & 4 Moremi Wildlife Reserve. This has been described as one of Africa's most beautiful reserves, situated in the pristine heart of the Okavango Delta. Here you will enjoy extensive game-drives to see Africa's big game animals, as well as see the rare birds and wildlife species that occur only here. We overnight at an exclusive campsite. DAY 5 & 6 Savute, Chobe National Park. Situated in the particularly lush and wildlife-rich southern part of the world-famous Chobe National Park, Savute is well-known for predators, as well as mammals and hundreds of bird species. We overnight once again, on an exclusive campsite. DAY 7 & 8 Northern Chobe National Park. We travel to the north of the park, where you will see huge elephant herds, reputedly the largest herds in Africa. We camp next to the Chobe river in a beautiful setting. DAY 9 Victoria Falls. We travel to the breathtaking Victoria Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world. In the afternoon we tour the falls along the winding, forested path which fringes the falls. The mist rising from the falling water can be seen miles away while the thundering water progressively louder as one approaches the falls. There are a number of optional excursions and exciting activities. We spend the night at a lodge. DAY 10 The tour ends after breakfast in Victoria Falls.
